Анализ методов измерений, визуализации и интерпретации данных светового загрязнения

Проблема светового загрязнения приобрела глобальный масштаб, затрагивая сферы жизни людей, животных, растений и планеты в целом. Её негативное воздействие, которое с каждым годом только усиливается, отрицательно сказывается на экологии, астрономии и психофизическом здоровье человека. Это подчеркивает необходимость междисциплинарного подхода к решению данной проблемы путем увеличения осведомленности населения, переработки, актуализации и введения нормативно-правовых актов по ограничению светового загрязнения.
Представлен обзор современных методов измерения светового загрязнения, включая наземные инструментальные (фотометры SQM и TESS, использование широкоугольных камер) и дистанционные (спутники DMSP, VIIRS, Luojia 1-01, БПЛА) технологии. Отдельно рассмотрен перспективный метод проведения измерений с помощью беспилотных летательных аппаратов (БПЛА) с установленными на платформу приемниками оптического излучения и приборов измерения светового загрязнения, а также приборов для фотографирования рельефа местности, впоследствии используемый для создания ортофотокарт (цифровых изображений местности).
Рассмотрены различные единицы измерения, служащие для оценки и визуализации светового загрязнения, а также проанализированы методы картографирования пространственного распределения яркости ночного неба для отслеживания изменения состояния проблемы с течением времени. Корректное, понятное отображение данных по световому загрязнению увеличивает доступность знаний неспециалистам, повышая осведомленность в обществе. Последовательная разработка единой, обобщенной, обоснованной системы, состоящей из подготовки методологии измерения, применения метода и прибора измерений, моделирования параметров светового загрязнения, корректного отображения и визуализации результатов измерений для дальнейшего обсуждения и практического применения является ключевым шагом к минимизации существующих негативных эффектов и возможности контроля распространения светового загрязнения.
