For authors
The Vestnik MEI journal’s Editorial Office accepts for consideration only the manuscripts of original papers in Russian or in English for foreign authors, which have been prepared at higher schools, scientific and industrial organizations that contain scientific results or technical developments relating to the journal’s groups of scientific disciplines (scientific fields) that have not been previously published in other editions. The Editorial Office will not consider paper manuscripts prepared with deviations from the requirements set out below.
According to the List of Reviewed Scientific Publications adopted by the State Commission for Academic Degrees and Titles (SCADT) the journal publishes materials that have received a positive conclusion from their reviews by the scientific worker discipline groups in accordance with the following List of Disciplines:

After having received a positive review conclusion and confirmation that the paper has been accepted for publishing, the authors submit to the Editorial Office a license agreement about granting to the National Research University Moscow Power Engineering Institute (NRU MPEI) the right to use the paper on the basis of a non-exclusive license.
